In the months to come, I look forward to building a strong classroom community with you and your child!

I am married to Tim and have two daughters; McCall and Taylor. My husband is a Fishing Guide. My oldest daughter, McCall is Policy Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Mike Cooney, and my youngest daughter, Taylor is graduating from Montana State University in December 2018, with a Biology Degree. I also have a furry friend named Ellie.
MY EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that relationships are at the core of a healthy classroom. I want my students to love coming to school and I want to inspire in each child a love for learning. Every teacher has beliefs about learning that influences his/her practices. For me, I believe that every student has the right to learn in a safe and productive environment. I believe it is my job as an educator to differentiate my instruction to meet the needs of all learners in my classroom. Lastly, I believe that it is up to me to provide my students with a challenging, nurturing environment that fosters emotional, social, and academic growth.
